Our Story
Remember your earliest childhood memory of Fish and Chips.
The Greeks owned that Fish and Chip Shop that is embedded into your memory bank. Oh and remember...Friday Night was 'Fish and Chip Night'. Something to look forward to every week.
Why? Because the fish and chips were delicious and you trusted them. The owners were Greek. And Greeks know Fish and Chips.
It was never a fancy fish and chip shop. It was raw and a symbol of the 70's and 80's. F&Cs wrapped in butchers paper (and sometimes even newspaper). A husband and wife ran it. Him in his Bonds singlet or a short-sleeve white shirt and his beloved with a white zip-up dress or a traditional material apron that her yia yia made!
Fish and Chips in Australia have since become fancy. Their names are fancy. Their fit out is fancy. Maybe their menu is fancy. Let's take it back to basics, call it as it is, serve it like it was and sell it like they did. We are bringing Greek back to Fish and Chips with over 25 years in fish and chip business, we know how it should be...tasty and fresh.
